Comprehensive utilization of project management software in engineering practice

The paper started with analysis the principles of Gantt chart and network chart,with the method that combined with MP and Excel,the utilization of project management software in the engineering progress control and cost regulating was illustrated with an example.It pointed that the combination of two softwares was better and more effective to control the project progress and cost.
