Application of Multi-function Measuring & Its Quality Control System

A kind of multi-function measuring its quality control system were presented.The typical application of this system is to measure multi-position and multi-sort parts respectively based on the distributed platform of CAN Bus-based module and Serialport-based communication module with the architecture of C/S construction and SQL Server2000 database.With the technique to trace the data and automatically make the SPC charts and quality control reports,it integrates the multi-function measuring and SPC module into one system,and decreasing errors in manual procedures,greatly improving the measuring efficiency and precision are applied successfully.
