Objective:Make research in the three dimensional colour ultrasonic wave images and diagnosing evidence of the pancreas' spaceoccupying pathologic changes.Methods:Make use of 31 cases of pancreas' space occupying pathologic changes which have complete data and have been operated on and proven by pathology.Meanwhile,make a primary summary and give a detailed description of each case's three dimensional color check up images and pathological summary after operation.Results:Show the diagnostic value of the three dimensional colour ultrasonic wave in fixing position and determining nature of the disease.The obsearvation of the pancreas' space occupying pathologic changes with the device has better results than those with two dimensional ultrasonic wave.Conclusions:By using three dimensional ultrasonic wave in diagnosing the pancreas' space occupying pathologic changes, the rate of diangnosing will be raised distinctly.It can not only attain the structure sections which are similar to those of the two dimensional ultrasonic wave,but also display the overall view of tumors and their internal structures which can not be seen by the two dimensional ultrasonic wave.
