A New Method for Processing Grinding Wheel Auto-balance Signal

The traditional extraction method for grinding wheel auto - balance signal depends on performance of analog circuit.When the worthless signal amplitude is larger than the fundamental wave signal amplitude,the signal needed will be submerged and the amplitude and the phase of fundamental wave signal measured will be wrong.Extracting fundamental wave signal with discrete Fourier transform can significantly enhance the measure accuracy and noise immunity due to its depending only on number of samples,thus the best precision balance of grinding wheel is0.1μm.
