By analyzing the evaluation indicators of digital reference service,this paper expounds the constituent elements of digital reference service and proposes the quantitative evaluation indicators system of 3 grades founding relevant research fruits and the practical experiences home and abroad,thus supplies a reference of evaluation and measure standards for digital reference service.
