Invariant Set and Attracting Property of Second Order Hopfield Neural Networks with Time Delays

Sufficient conditions for the invariant set and attracting set of second order Hopfield neural networks with time delays are obtained by the properties of non-negative matrices and the differential inequality techniques and these conditions are easily verified.
