The Application of Granularity Analysis in Paleoenvironment

Granularity analysis is a key way of restoring ancient climate and res earching paleoenvironment evolution. Based on the granularity parameters and dis tribution characteristics, the paper identified the major sediment type, natura l environment and hydrodynamic conditions. The paper also introduced the applica tion of Granularity Analysis in sedimentary environment, and point out the short coming.
