Three-phase ΔPWM control technology & its simulation based on Σ-Δ A/D

Based on ΣΔ A/D, the PWM control technology is a new type of frequency conversion controlled technology, which combines oversampling ΣΔ A/D with PWM control technology. The author of this paper introduces the applied principle in threephased frequency conversion in detail. Also, a theoretic analysis of V/F change in the output basewave has been made; the design method of threephased ΔPWM modulator has been given; and a reference formula for several important parameters which influence system performance has been presented. At the end of the paper, a kind of application circuit is designed and its output is simulated by Pspice. The results obtained show that this technology, which has a bright developement prospect, can be applied in threephased frequency conversion.
