Image Recognition Based on Radon Transform

In this paper, a new image recognition method based on Radon transform is proposed ,2-D image moment invariant based on Radon transform is constructed. According to the data in the transform space, Singular Value Decomposition(SVD) is proposed here to obtain rotation invariant. Simulation results are given to obtain insight into the efficiencies offered by our method.
