The paper focuses on different characteristics formed along with medical business combined with safe management experience of HIS,formulating a series of management measures in line with the practical application of hospital that could guide every department to operate in manual model when emergency happens.This could help HIS safer,promote the ability of response to emergency and improve the application and development of information system in hospitals.
