Game model of deviant behavior control for enterprise employees under indefinite view

Starting from indefinite view,the behavior observation deviances of both sides in the game were investigated.The following matrices were defined:the enterprise governors' observation matrix for employees' behaviors,the game strategy matrix of the governors,the estimation matrix of the employees for enterprise governors' observation ability and the estimation matrix of enterprise governors' game strategy under the condition of asymmetric information.Then,the game model of deviant behavior control for enterprise employees was established.It offers a new way of quantitative analysis for the research of enterprise employee deviant behavior control.
