Design of Variable Frequency Hydraulic Control System Baesd on MODBUS Fieldbus

The application of Modbus Fieldbus in variable frequency hydraulic control system was introduced.The serial communication between CP1H and 4 frequency converters was achieved based on the Modbus RTU protocol and the change of the flux of fixed displacement hydraulic pump was achieved by changing the motor's speed.The experiment results show that this control method reduces the complexity of the circuit conjunction and improves the performance of disturbance rejection.
