Analysis and Optimization of the Procedure in Postgraduate Student Management

An analysis is made on the main procedure of postgraduate student management.In particular,a case study is presented on the various arrangements for new arrivals and collection of student photos for electronic registration.Designs for procedure optimization are also proposed.
