Briefly on the application of 3G in China

The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three mainstream criteria of 3G,and according to the actuality of the inhere huge 2G network and the characteristic of the geography surroundings of our country,the paper advances the viewpoint that in the 3G network construction,we should adopt WCDMA and CDMA2000 to construct the overlaid 3G network in vast countryside,transport network and small cities and TD-SCDMA standard to construct the network of absorbing services in large and middle cities.In the end,the evolution of the core network of 3G is discussed in brief.
