As the knowledge intellectual intensive spirit product,software value comes from mankind knowledge labor,and can be created once-off,but its use value can be duplicated and used for unlimited times.Because human resource capital hold the decisive importance in software capital structure,so software enterprises should try to enhance software developer's competence and strengthen software developing process control to ensure software capital circulation.
