Fully Integrated Switched-Capacitor Fractional Bandgap Reference Circuit With Continuous Output

A kind of novel Switched-Capacitor Fractional Bandgap Reference Circuit was proposed in this paper.This circuit use double-channel Switched-Capacitor summation circuit to provide a continuous voltage reference,and use output buffer circuit to reduce the amount spikes during switching which makes it no need for Off-chip filter capacitance.The circuit is simulated with NEC 0.35μm BCD process using Hspice.The results indicate that the circuit can realize continuous output voltage with 50μV spike voltage,and the temperature coefficient within temperature range-20℃ to 80℃ is 15.4ppm/℃.
