Role Permission in Hierarchy Relation of RBAC Model

In order to overcome shortages of the processing method of RBAC96 model′s private permission,an improved model is put forward from a point of implementation view.The private permission in this model can be retained through public heredity mode and the public permission′s inheritance(hierarchy) can be controlled easily through role′s permission transformation.It solves the problem of complicated role cardinality caused from role heredity.
