Atherosclerosis is the important pathology foundation of cardiovascular cerebrovascular disease,induced by multiple factor.In those causative agent,oxidative damage is considered have close correlation with the generation and development of atherosclerosis.It is perhaps a effective method to prevente and cure atherosclerosis via anti-oxidantive damage.In anti-oxidases,superoxidedismutase play a key role in anti-oxidative damage.The review is about anti-oxidative damage of superoxidedismutase and artherosclerosis for the past few years.
