RFID complex event detection framework and method based on rule matching

Radio frequency identification(RFID) technology facilitates the development of the Internet of Things(IoT).The mass and semantic implicitness of RFID original data pose challenges in RFID data processing,so complex event processing technology is introduced into the RFID data processing.RFID data is defined as an event.According to the rules given,RFID data processing detects the corresponding complex events.Because the existing tree-based complex event detection method does not support the numerical attribute constraints of events,an RFID complex event description rule and a rule-matching detection framework are proposed.The framework can efficiently process RFID data streams.Based on this framework,the RFID Complex Event Detection Algorithm(RCEDA) is improved to increase the detection efficiency of non-spontaneous events under temporal constraint.
