Design and Implementation of the Centralized 95598 Call Center Platform

The 95598 call center system is an integrated networked business service platform,which synthetically applies computer technology,communication technology,network technology,computer telephony integration(CTI) technology,intelligent call distribution technology(ICD) and database technology.According to the situations of Guangxi Power Grid Corporation,this paper builds the 95598 call center platform with a centralized way using the IP phone technology.The disaster recovery design for each component of the platform will ensure the platform stable and reliable,and meet customers' needs of 7×24 hours continuous service.
