The reuse of public sector information is very paid attention and made great achievements in America and European Union.Both have similarities in the reuse of public sector information,but there are some main differences,such as the difference of reuse patterns due to policy leading,the difference of mentality ideas,the difference of charge means and the difference of information content industry income.The paper comparatively researches on this.Taking information content industry as cut-in points,the paper also reveals its useful reference meanings for our country.
