Design of a current inspection amplifier for the white LED driver

Based on the performance and the technical specification of the WLED driver in the CMOS chip,a current inspection amplifier which can be applied in current mode PWM is designed,and a frequency compensation circuit which is easy to implement with high stability is introduced.The amplifier designed is implemented in the CSMC 0.6μm Mix signal DPDM technology.For its high accuracy and stability and low power consumption,it can be perfectly applied in the white LED driver.
