Towards the problem of using different technological regulations and standards and different terminal techniques when banks make transactions with different dealers,this paper has a discussion of software architecture and design of mobile net-bank secure platform based on SMS.The solution can support different mobile communication and dealer and different bank systems and more applications.It is a mobile net-bank solution with better adaptability and better combination property.
