Hydroinformatics and intelligence hydraulics

An introduction is given to two new interdisciplinary subjects, i.e. hydroinformatics and intelligence hydraulics, including the background of their generation, objectives to be studied, and main contents. It is pointed out that intelligence hydraulics is a branch of hydroinformatics. The development of the two subjects is beneficial to digitized water conservancy construction, and can promote the sustainable development of the water trade
