An Introduction of a Dynamic Logic of Issue Management

Questions are triggers for explicit events of management.We give a complete logic in dynamic-epistemic style for events of raising,refining,and resolving an issue.We discuss the extensions of the logic of issue management,and give some questions need to be solved in future.
