Identification of Accomplished Property Crime by Computer

The property crime by computer has become a new type of property crime in modern society.Because of its particular criminal form,there is a furious theoretical controversy on whether the crime is accomplished or unaccomplished.Based on the comparison of foreign legislation and the survey on the controversy of Chinese criminal law theory,Chinese criminal law should take the time when the doer modifies the data as the time to commit a crime,and take whether the doer realizes the actual control on the increase of the virtual property as the identification criterion.In addition,the unaccomplished property crime by computer should be severely attacked.
