Research on Measurement of Supply Chain Flexibility Based on Cloud Theory

Effective measurement of supply chain flexibility is the premise and basis of developing supply chain flexible strategy capability and reaching the flexible and efficiency level balance,but the existing research lack of effectiveness and comparability because of the understanding of the essence flexible didn't reach agreement.According to this problem,this paper puts forward the supply chain flexibility measure method based on cloud theory,emphasizes of building the construction of supply chain flexible evaluation index based on the specific types of supply chain.And also puts forward supply chain flexible measure specific steps,including determines various indexes weights by comprehensive integrated method,computing Cloud model,and measure supply chain flexibility through comparing it with ideal state vector of the weighted deviation degree,in order to improve the accuracy of measurement results.And a case of automobile supply chain is also presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
