With the rapid economic growth in china,electricity has become the lifeblood of the economic development of the country. Pure digital information management has been unable to meet the requirements of modern management,and GIS technology can be introduced to solve this problem very well. In order to realize the exchanging and sharing of data between available system and other systems,isomerous data integration is realized with the Data Pipeline Technology.
