Application of neural networks in pathological auto recognition

Auto recognition based on the computer plays a important role in pathology. This paper presents a brief introduction to the neural networks and reviews the latest progresses of its application in pathological auto recognition, including cytologic smear, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, grading, staging, and prognosis of tumor.
