Research on topic-specific web information finding mechanism based on IOCC

Aiming at the difficult about current information finding because of numerous,disorder and semi-structured web information,a method of information object character code(IOCC) is proposed.It can improve efficiency of target information finding and gathering of specific field by combining that method with topic-specific information finding.Then the mechanism of topic-specific Web IOCC fin-ding is investigated in detail and an example of how the mechanism can improve the ability of web information finding is given.At last,comparison between the mechanism and customized web search engine is analyzed,and further studies is presented.
