The communication network construction and management level are the important links in the process of realizing informatization in China. With the increasingly fierce of market competition, whether the communication enterprises can get more users and win a better reputation relate closely to the daily maintenance work. Only firstly ensure the high quality, efficient operation and maintenance, can the communication network provide fast, safe and reliable service to the users. The operation and maintenance of communication network aims to reduce the fault through the maintenance of the equipment, and make the network become a coordinated operation and a system which provides the high-quality service through continuous optimization of network and its facilities. This paper analyzes the construction, operation and maintenance of the communication network.
