The tactical and technical indexes of the torpedo weapon system are important factors on evaluating their effectiveness. The paper has researched that weapon systems's reliability and maintainability and used to calculate the availability matrix. The theory of stochastic process is applied to establish dependability matrix and establish the capabilty matrix models. Finally, the whole weapon systems' effectiveness models are established.
