Selecting Test Attributes Criterion in CSL

Selecting splitting attributes is the key process during constructing cost-sensitive decision tree. The paper analyses the disadvantages and the advantages of the existing methods and proposes a novelty method which make a trade-off between the information ratio in information theory and the cost including the test cost and the misclassification cost to select the split attributes,we demonstrate experimentally our algorithm and the results show our method outperform significantly than the methods based on information theory or the cost.
