The articles from the graduate students have become the important part of the academic journal.One of the important functions of academic journal is to foster academic research team,so the editors should pay enough attention to graduate student authors,seriously study and master graduate student authors' psychology,give play to the guiding role of editing,and actively support newacademic,and promote the development of academic periodicals.
