The timeliness accuracy and continuity of transmitting data are becoming focused as well as difficult throughout the tele-monitoring system.This paper,according to the characteristics of the health monitoring network system applied to the communicate,proposed an considerable effective transmission network system based on socket,by which it can transmit many kinds of parameter data and be of strong interaction,intelligence and continuity,along with the embedded technology that has been used can make monitoring terminal portable.
