A Design of Brokaw Bandgap Voltage Reference Based on Comparator Starting

Based on analyzing the principle of comparator starting structure,a Brokaw bandgap voltage of comparator starting is designed.The structure of Brokaw bandgap voltage circuit is simple and the performance is excellent.It can start bandgap voltage circuit and achieve low voltage to shutdown.The simulation results of Specture show that this structure can get shutdown voltage less than 0.83v.bandgap voltage is 1.204v,PSRR is 102dB.The temperature coefficient is 2.088ppm/℃ in the temperature range from-40℃～85℃.
