Two dimension watermarking algorithm based on SNR

An algorithm of two dimension image of watermarking based on SNR is presented. The algorithm image is obtained as watermark by image compression technique.The original image is turned into some blocks. Then these blocks is transformed by DCT and the scaling parameter α is calculated based on SNR for every block.Watermark components with different strength are inserted into some low-frequency coefficients.It is demonstrated that the watermarks generated with the presented algorithm have good imperceptibility and robustness.
