Cost Budget of Software Development Based on Artificial Neural Networks

The budget of the cost of software development is extremely important to a successful project.However,it is very difficult to estimate the developing cost.At present,there still lacks a reliable and quantitative mode to estimate the cost.The application of artificial neutral networks on estimation and classification has proved quite effective.This thesis refers to setting up two modes for cost budget by applying artificial neutral networks to the estimation of software development: one mode is for estimating cost while the other is for its classification.It is hoped that the result of this research can solve problems concerned in practical work.
