The Design and Performance of File Information Administration Under the Circumstances of Web

Aiming at the difficulties of the traditional management model running in the course of file information management and based on the construction target of the file information management system,the author comes up with the business flow,the system structure,the function models and the function design of the file information management system under the circumstances of web as well as the solutions to these problems and the key technologies concerned.These solutions are practicable and universal,and offer us fresh ways of thought and orientations of the development of the file information management system.
