A Preliminary Study for the Temperature Forecast in a Meteorological Field

The data of a meteorological field are statistically analyzed in accordance to the characteristics of temperature in this paper.A model is presented by using the stable time series theory to forecast the temperature.The method is confirmed to be effective in practice.
