Database Implementation of Trans Ocean Distribution MIS

This paper proposes a way to create data model by use of a semantic database model, which is more close to the feeling of the users. This model is more objective for description of the issue space, and it is more convenient and more normalized to be converted into relation schema. It also presents the means to realize real-time data transferring by utilizing database view's components to activate the operation of inserting macro and the method to judge and handle automatically by applying the function calculated field value in the query and so on.
