Application and Integration of System of Collecting Charging Data

This article states a technical project to collect charging data for local charging system of communication trade,which can collect charging files in the exchanges at a center and manage them with the DCN(data communication network).By this system,collecting all charging files of local exchanges becomes reality and then it is possible to control and manage charging files of every exchanges in center;On the other hand,it provides an operational flat roof to carry out integrated telecommunication businesses.
