Jinan Jigang Design Institute founded the item management information system on the primary one.It is that the institute found a one-off and whole process management mode against all-around carrying out the designing contracts. Designing item is the masterstroke.The frame of staff formed a matrix management cover a portrait management based on the stylists,professional principals and designing persons,and a landscape orientation flat management between the institute and the departments.The system has run pass through the phase of the setting of the software system and hardware system,the phase of training and the phase of test run.Due to the system has not founded the modules besides the designing management module and drawing files management module,the institute will perfect the system step by step.
