Research and implementation of SCE for Parlay API in SIP environment

APIs,such as Parlay and JAIN,open up networks to third party developers.The development of new telecommunication service is becoming more efficient and rapid.However,new Service Creation Environments(SCE) with a higher level of abstraction will make the creation of service even faster and more efficient.The paper gave an architecture and mapping of SCE for Parlay API in a SIP environment and used an example to illustrate it.Although it is limited in range of service creation,it is promising in application.
