the command and decision system of launching preparations of aircraft on a carrier's air defense is composed of data and Agent organization.The former includes data base,model base,knowledge base,related managing system and MIS.The latter include five deciding Agent,which interacts with the user by interface Agent.And its interaction with data will be finished by DB Agent. For the design of deciding Agent inside the system,it'd better to design the five deciding Agent model first and then to exemplify them in function phase.
