Design and Simulation of A High Cain Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifier

Based on 0.25 um CMOS technology,input/output rail-to-rail operational amplifier is designed with constant-gm and high dc-gain.4I / I principle is adopted in the circuit design,and the performance of operational amplifiers,principles and design methods are discussed.The circuit can be used as analog IP nuclear circuit and suitable for low voltage applications.
