Design and implementation of general centralized document management system

Because of the disadvantages of the traditional document management based on disk file,the inefficient method of document management has become the bottleneck of the working efficiency in the modern enterprises.With the development and popularization of computer information technology,a new scientific document management based on relational database comes into being.The frame of the general centralized document management system(GCDMS) is introduced based on the ASP.NET technology,in which the design of the new system and the process of its implementation,as well as its key points of the related technology,are also explained in detail.Furthermore,some performance runtimes of GCDMS,such as the security,the responsive speed and the possibility of being extended,are analyzed.
