Preprocessing for ID Information Recognition

In this paper is proposed a set of effective ways for preprocessing ID image information recognition such as channel operation, freeman link-code for follow-up and incision of the contracted ID image, Chebyshev approaching method for inclination correction, with the template method to separate all information parts.
