Synthetic capability evaluation of the gun weapon system is a multi-attribute group decision,computing of the attribute weights is very important,meanwhile,the result of multi-attribute group decision will be effected by the decision maker's weights.There are many the computing methods of attribute weights,usually decision maker's weights are gotten according to their popularity,post,capability,cognition etc.Decision maker's weights are defined and computted according to the consistency and likeness of comparison matrixes in this paper.The attribute weights are synthesized by decision maker's weights.An instance shows that this method is reasonable and effective.
