With the high developing of Internert technology,Web Data Mining is more and more important in modern E-commerce be-cause of its special character.This paper specially introduces the conception and classification of Web Data Mining,analyzes the main pro-gramm and ideas of Web Data Mining in E-commerce,and describes the detail application of Web Data Mining in modern E-commerce.
